USA Customers

Orders are shipped from the USA. 

Delivery time:  2-4 business days. Free Shipping over $100. Free Returns.

EU Customers

Orders are shipped from Sweden. 

Delivery time: 2-3 business days, Free Shipping over EUR 100. Free Returns.

UK Customers

UK orders are shipped from the US.

Delivery time: 3-5 business days, free shipping. 

We offer free shipping to the UK with UPS Express but customs duty is calculated based on the market value of imported goods upon their arrival in the UK, provided that their value exceeds £135 (~$170). The import costs for goods entering the UK typically include Cost, Insurance, Freight, and Duty. Additionally, a standard VAT of 20% is applied at the border to the total value of the goods. We unfortunately have no control over this and can not stand for these costs. 

Australia

Orders to Australia are shipped from the USA.

Delivery time & Shipping Costs:  

3-7 business days

We offer free shipping to Australia with UPS Express but according to Australian Border Force, a 10% GST is payable on all taxable goods being imported into Australia. This fee is paid to the transportation company.  We unfortunately have no control over this and can not stand for these costs.  

Return Policy Details

Returns are free and have to be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. 

For returns, please use the return label inside your package. If you did not receive a label, or you would like to initiate an exchange, please email contact@glumur.com

The items need to be returned in their original condition, including all tags. Please make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.

Your return will be refunded within 14 days of the package's arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing the order. 

We can't accept returns or claims of Glúmur items bought from other retailers or second hand sites. If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
