Disclaimer Of Warranties And Limitation Of Liability
Glúmur can not guarantee all items included in the Glúmur online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In case an item is not available, Glúmur will reach to you by phone or email. Glúmur cannot guarantee the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors, or that all information is up to date. Glúmur might update the content of the site. We at Glúmur aim to publish the correct copy, images and pricing on online shop, however errors might occur. If you are charged a false amount in the online shop, you'll have the option of placing a new order with the right price or to cancel your order. Glúmur reserves the right to cancel any order before the items has been shipped, should we find that the price is incorrect. If such a situation occurs we will notify you by email. If we are not able to reach you, your order will be cancelled by default. Some services involved through the online shop are maintained by third-party organizations. In such a case where Glúmur acts as an agent for such services, we are not able to be hold responsible for any errors resulting from their actions. For any damages occured by using the online shop or on the other hand, not be able to use the online shop, Glúmur cannot be held responsible for any damages. Glúmur is not able to guarantee free of any problems, not interrupted, and secure access to the website.
The following terms and conditions apply to all customers who make a purchase on www.glumur.com and are binding between you ( “customer” ) and Glúmur AB (“Glúmur”, “us “we”).
Glúmur is entitled to update the Terms and Conditions, the date of the latest adaption is found in the last section of the Terms and Conditions. Please be aware when placing an order, you agree to the present Terms and Conditions and not a later version.
Placing an Order
When placing an order please write your contact details and a correct delivery address, where a delivery can be made during regular business hours Monday - Friday. Unfortunately we can’t accept deliveries to P.O. boxes due the the receiving of the delivery need a signature upon receipt.
We might be not able to deliver to certain countries or regions, if such a situation occurs we will inform you either when or after you place an order.

When you submit your order, we will send you an automatic order confirmation email to confirm we got your order. Please be aware that such an order confirmation email does not automatically mean an acceptance of the order, just a confirmation that we received your order.
Compliance and shipping confirmation
Please be aware all orders placed by your are subjected to agreement by us. Due to some unforeseen circumstances we might not be able to accept your order, without any liability to you. Not accepting your order, might arise due to the following reasons: product is out of stock, not able to obtain authorisation of payment, error with product information, such as price, suspicious or fraudulent activities.
When you receive the email shipping confirmation from us, this email confirms our acceptance of your order.
Please be aware, Glúmur can’t guarantee all items presented on the website are in stock when you place an order. If an article is out of stock when you place an order, we will contact you by email or phone. If we received at that point already a payment from you, we will refund the amount to you.
Glúmur will try its best to portray and describe the colours of its products as correct as possible. Nevertheless, because of colour setting on your device, the colours of your received products can slightly differ. We should not be held responsible for such divergences.
On the website the prices are shown in Euro and US Dollar. The prices and delivery costs on the website include VAT.
Please be aware that delivery costs are not included in the individual product prices. You can see the delivery costs when you check out and below in section firstname.lastname@example.org
Customers outside the European Union: Our products are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden, so please be aware that if your shipment goes outside the European Union additional taxes, duties and customs fee might occur and need to be covered and paid by you when you receive your order.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us at xx and we will refund your order. We are not able to cancel an order when the product(s) already left the warehouse.
Glúmur should not be hold accountable for charges or penalties imposed by the payment provider resulting from a payment in association with your order.
We ship from our warehouse in Sweden, please see the average shipping times below:
When an order leave the warehouse we are not able to cancel the order, occurring shipping costs from such a situation are not refundable for returns then. Delivery to rural areas might result in longer delivery times.
Average shipping time does not include delays due to payment authorisations and/or stock availabilities. If we are not able to deliver your order within 30 days, you have the right to cancel your purchase.
Right of withdrawal, returns and other rights
Within the European Union, you can make a return or exchange your article within 14 days by sending the product(s) back to our warehouse by using the return label inside your package. If you are placed outside Europe, please send us an email to email@example.com and notify us about the return. Please include your order number in that email.
Refund related to the right of your purchase withdrawal
Glúmur will issue your refund within 14 days of the date the products was returned to our warehouse, using the same means of payment you used for your purchase related to that return. Please be aware we can only issue a full refund if the article(s) are in same condition as when the article(s) left our warehouse. If the value of the product is significantly diminished due to your incorrect or negligence care of the product, you have a commitment to compensate for the damages to the product and as such, Glúmur has the right to withhold an amount of the refund.
To avoid such a situation, please make sure when returning products they are in the same condition as when you received your package.
Please be aware we do not accept returns from articles bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
Shipping costs when returning products
Please be aware that when returning products, the returning shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
How to return the products
Within 14 days of receiving your product(s) you are eligible to return the items. Please follow the steps below:
Return within European Union:
- Place the product(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box
- Fill out return form and include it in the box
- Close and tape the box securely
- Place the return label on the box over the prior delivery information
- Return at nearest DHL service point
Return outside European Union:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and notify us about your return, please include your order number.
- Place the product(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
- Close and tape the box securely
- Please ship the package by any secure transport to the below address:

If you receive damaged articles, please contact us immediately at email@example.com . Based on the Consumer Act (1990:932) you are able to complain about compromised products within three years. However, you need to notify Glúmur within a reasonable time when you notice your received products features damages.
If Glúmur determines the products to be damaged, one of the following situations to resolve this incidence might be applicable:
- Full refund including shipping costs
- Repair of the damaged product
- Exchange of the damaged product with a new product

Please inform us as soon as possible after you received a damaged product.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to direct damages and we are not liable for indirect damages, for example loss of earnings or loss of opportunity etc.
All the images, copy and further content on the website is owned by Glúmur. Images, photos, trademarks, graphics, designs etc. visible on the website should not be copied.
Limitation of liability
Using this website is your risk. All information provided on the website is without warranties and we cannot guarantee for its correctness etc. We also cannot guarantee that the website always runs uninterrupted or free from errors or secure access to the website.
This Terms and Conditions agreement is governed in accordance with the Swedish law. Sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms and conditions agreement, should be a court located in Sweden. If you are a customer living in the Europe Union , you have the protection afforded to you by compulsory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
In addition, if you as a consumer are based in an European Union country, and we are not able to settle a complaint you have regarding a product you purchased on our Glúmur website, you can issue a complaint at the European Union dispute resolution platform (“ODR platform) Please be aware though Glúmur is not bound to partake in the process of the framework of the ODR platform.
The ODR platform serve as an opportunity for consumers to try and find and out-of-court settlement for disputes occurring from
