Return Policy Details
All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. We offer free returns. Returns posted after this period will not be accepted and not eligible for a refund. For returns, please use the return label inside your package. If you did not receive a label, or you would like to initiate an exchange, please email contact@glumur.com
Items on ''Sale'' can be returned, except for the jeans or other items which are marked as ''Final Sale'' on the product's page. ''Final Sale'' items are only eligible for store credit . We offer free exchanges for all blazers, jackets, dresses and jumpsuits.
The returned items must be unused with the safety tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected for a return.
Your return will be refunded within 14 days of the package's arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing the order. Returns and exchanges are free, however, items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned. Items that are included under Sale items and not marked as Final Sale items can be returned.
