Return Policy Details
All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. We offer free returns within that time window. Returns posted after this period will not be accepted and not eligible for a refund.
The returned items must be unused with the safety tags on and intact within the original packaging to be eligible for return. Items that are used, damaged, soiled or in any way altered, may be rejected for a return. Items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
For returns, please use the return label inside your package. If you did not receive a label, or you would like to initiate an exchange, please email contact@glumur.com
Your return will be refunded within 14 days of the package's arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing the order. Returns and exchanges are free, however, items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
